Cake Information

Ingredients:

Our cakes are made the traditional way with free range eggs, flour, sugar, unsalted butter and vegetable oil.  We do not use cake mixes.

Cupcake and Sponge Cake Flavours:

Vanilla
Chocolate
Lemon
Carrot
Banana

Cake Fillings:

Cakes can be filled with either strawberry or raspberry jam and vanilla butter cream or white or milk chocolate ganache. 

All cakes are crumb coated in either plain or white chocolate ganache and then covered in fondant icing.

We do not currently make gluten free or dairy free cakes.

We do not use any nuts in our sponge cakes but their may be nut traces present. 

Cake Storage and shelf life

All cakes should be stored in a cool dry place, preferably in the box that they are supplied in.  Never put your sponge cakes in the fridge.

Sponge cakes will usually keep for one week after delivery.  We do however recommend that cakes should be eaten as close to the delivery/collection date as possible.

The guide is not relevant to wedding cakes as these slices are traditionally cut smaller than party cake slices.
